An information service, not an offer. We are not an insurer and take no payments: your request is passed to the carrier you choose, and the contract and payment are theirs. Figures are published from public reports with their date and source.

FAQ

Why is the OSGOVTS price identical at every carrier?
The tariff is set by Cabinet of Ministers resolution 458 and does not depend on the company. With the same inputs — vehicle type, region, term, driver list, claim history — the premium is the same everywhere. Service differs, price does not.
So what is there to compare?
The share of premiums a carrier pays back as claims (loss ratio), the size of its book, and its licence. We show those from the NAPP half-year report, with the observation date attached.
Do you sell the policy?
No. We hand your request to the carrier you pick — they write the contract and take the money. Payment on our side arrives only after an agency contract and entry on a carrier’s agent register.
Where do the payout figures come from?
From the National Association of Professional Insurance Market Participants report for H1 2025: general-insurance payouts divided by premiums. The period and source are shown on every carrier.
