An information service, not an offer. We are not an insurer and take no payments: your request is passed to the carrier you choose, and the contract and payment are theirs. Figures are published from public reports with their date and source.

FAQ
- Why is the OSGOVTS price identical at every carrier?
- The tariff is set by Cabinet of Ministers resolution 458 and does not depend on the company. With the same inputs — vehicle type, region, term, driver list, claim history — the premium is the same everywhere. Service differs, price does not.
- So what is there to compare?
- The share of premiums a carrier pays back as claims (loss ratio), the size of its book, and its licence. We show those from the NAPP half-year report, with the observation date attached.
- Do you sell the policy?
- No. We hand your request to the carrier you pick — they write the contract and take the money. Payment on our side arrives only after an agency contract and entry on a carrier’s agent register.
- Where do the payout figures come from?
- From the National Association of Professional Insurance Market Participants report for H1 2025: general-insurance payouts divided by premiums. The period and source are shown on every carrier.
