By using farq.uz (the farq.uz site and the mobile app), you agree to these terms. The service is provided «as is», free for end users.

What we do

farq.uz collects public price information from marketplaces in Uzbekistan and helps you find the lowest price. We are not a seller — the purchase is made on the marketplace side under its rules.

Price accuracy

We try to update prices every hour, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. If the price differs on the marketplace — the marketplace price applies. For obvious discrepancies, please report to [email protected].

Marketplace responsibility

Warranty, delivery, returns and product quality are the responsibility of the respective marketplace (Uzum, Wildberries, Yandex Market and others). farq.uz does not intervene in disputes between buyer and seller.

Financial products

The deposits, loans and insurance sections are an information service, not an offer. Rates and terms are published from bank and insurer documents together with the date we read them; the final terms are set by the bank or insurer. farq.uz never takes money, opens deposits or issues credit — a request is passed to the organisation you chose, and the contract is between you and them.

Prohibited

Scraping farq.uz data with bots, reverse-engineering the app, using the service for inflation or fraudulent schemes. We block accounts for violations.

Changes to the terms

For material changes we give 14 days notice through the app and the site. Continued use of the service means agreement with the new version.

Jurisdiction

The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are heard at the Tashkent City Commercial Court.
