Current farq.uz flow
The calculator gives a regulated-tariff estimate and collects contact details. After submission, the lead enters the admin queue and an operator follows up manually.
At this stage farq.uz does not take payment for the policy and does not issue the e-policy inside the interface. Payment and issuance happen through the carrier or its official flow.
If an accident already happened
NAPP says the injured party may apply to the insurer in writing or electronically.
The Sug‘urta servis mobile app also supports accident notices and insurance claims.
