What it covers
OSGOVTS covers civil liability to injured third parties. It is not repair cover for your own car; own-damage protection requires a voluntary product such as KASKO.
From January 1, 2026, the insured amount is 80 million UZS. Under the rules, up to 35% applies to property damage and up to 65% to life and health damage.
Price formula
The premium follows the official rules: insured amount × base rate × coefficients. Vehicle type, region, driver restriction, term, and claim history affect the result.
For passenger cars the base rate is 0.2%. Tashkent, 12 months, limited drivers: 80,000,000 × 0.2% × 1.2 = 192,000 UZS. With identical inputs, carriers should quote the same price.
