How it works
A deductible is the part of the loss the customer keeps. If the loss is 2 million UZS and the deductible is 500,000 UZS, the basic payout is 1.5 million UZS, assuming no other contract limits.
It can be a fixed amount or a percentage. It lowers the premium because small losses stay with the customer.
Where the risk is
A high deductible turns the policy into protection mainly for large events. That can fit expensive parts, but it is weaker for frequent small damage.
Check whether it applies per event, per part, to glass, to theft, or only to damage.
